Welcome to Clover Meadow Co.!
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://clovermeadowco.com, including its content, products, digital downloads, educational resources, and related services.
This website is owned and operated by Kid Connect Academy, LLC, doing business as Clover Meadow Co.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the website.
2. Our Brands and Products
Clover Meadow Co. provides faith-inspired products, educational materials, creative resources, and encouragement through three brands:
Clover Meadow Adventures: Children’s books, story-based learning activities, devotionals, coloring pages, and family resources.
Compass & Crown Kids: Bible-centered curriculum, children’s ministry activities, Sunday School resources, and educational materials for churches, teachers, and families.
Stillwater & Grace Co.: Faith-inspired stationery, journals, devotionals, lifestyle products, and resources for personal encouragement.
Product availability, descriptions, and pricing may change without notice.
3. Intellectual Property and Copyright
Unless otherwise indicated, original website content, written materials, illustrations, designs, characters, educational resources, product descriptions, and downloadable files are owned by Kid Connect Academy, LLC, Abigail Kuhn, or their respective rights holders.
This includes original materials associated with The Clover Meadow Adventures Series, including Buzzby the Bumblebee and related characters and stories.
All applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights are reserved.
Purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.
Except as expressly permitted by the applicable product license or applicable law, you may not:
- Redistribute, resell, or share purchased digital files
- Upload our resources to file-sharing websites or public repositories
- Reproduce our illustrations, characters, or artwork for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Claim our original materials as your own
- Repackage or sell our resources as competing products
- Remove copyright notices or attribution requirements
- Use our content to create unauthorized derivative products for distribution

4. Digital Products and Downloadable Resources
Digital products may include printable worksheets, learning kits, curriculum, activity packs, devotionals, clip art, and other downloadable materials.
When purchasing a digital product, you receive a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the materials according to the terms stated in the product listing or accompanying license.
Unless a product expressly includes additional rights, purchases are intended for personal, household, or individual educator use.
Digital products are not physical products. No physical item will be shipped unless the product listing expressly states otherwise.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their devices and software can access the purchased file formats.
5. Personal, Classroom, and Ministry Use
We understand that our resources may be used by families, homeschool educators, classroom teachers, and children’s ministry leaders.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable product license:
Personal Use: Resources may be used within one household for personal, noncommercial activities.
Individual Classroom Use: A purchasing educator may use resources with students in their own classroom.
Individual Ministry Use: A purchasing ministry leader may use resources with the children in their assigned class or ministry group.
Purchasing a resource does not automatically authorize sharing editable or printable source files with other teachers, departments, churches, or organizations.
Schoolwide, churchwide, multi-campus, and commercial distribution rights require an appropriate license or written authorization.
Additional licensing terms included with individual products take precedence over these general permissions.
6. Commercial Licensing
Certain products, including clip art, illustrations, and design resources, may be offered with commercial-use licenses.
Commercial use is permitted only to the extent expressly authorized by the license accompanying the purchased product.
A commercial license does not automatically permit resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or sharing of the original source files.
Any applicable restrictions on print quantities, digital distribution, print-on-demand merchandise, or end-product usage will be described in the product-specific license.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and following the licensing terms before using purchased artwork commercially.
7. Purchases, Pricing, and Payments
Product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product information, or discontinue products.
Purchases processed directly through our website are subject to the payment methods and checkout conditions presented at the time of purchase.
Some products may be sold through third-party marketplaces, including Amazon.
Purchases completed through third-party platforms are subject to those platforms’ applicable checkout, payment, fulfillment, and customer service terms.
8. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Digital Products
Due to the nature of downloadable products, digital purchases are generally nonrefundable once the files have been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.
If a purchased file is defective, corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from its description, please contact us so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.
Physical Products
Physical books and other merchandise purchased through external marketplaces are subject to the applicable seller’s return and refund policies.
For physical products sold directly through Clover Meadow Co., the return and refund policy displayed at checkout or linked from the product listing will apply.
Nothing in these Terms limits any nonwaivable consumer rights provided by law.
9. Product Descriptions and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, pricing, and specifications.
However, minor variations may occur due to printing methods, screen settings, manufacturing processes, or product updates.
We reserve the right to correct errors and modify or discontinue products.
